Why you need to launch right now

Increase your odds of success

Are you anticipating the big launch?

You’ve worked for months.

Maybe even years…

And the moment has come.

We are getting ready to launch!

This is the only shot we have to get people excited about what we are building!

Or is it?

What if I told you you should launch as often as possible?

Let’s talk about it ⬇️

Pro-Tip: See every launch as an experiment.

Most young companies do not experiment enough.

Instead, they pound their heads against the wall hoping the same old strategy
will pay off.

This is a risky way to go about building your startup.

In the early days assume nothing.

Validate everything by having as many engagements with the market as possible.

And evaluate how they react.

  • Did more people buy than last time?

  • Did I have more conversations than last time?

  • Did I receive more inquiries than last time?

  • What worked and what didn’t?

This will give you the ability to reinforce your ideas against market feedback.

And iterate until you reach alignment with our target customers.

Pro-Tip: Launch as often as you can.

Don’t put so much pressure on the first launch.

If it can happen to a giant like Netflix it can happen to you.

That is why it is so important to launch and relaunch as often as possible.

So you can test and improve over time.

Think about it…

Companies are launching new things all the time.

  • Features

  • Promotions

  • Products

All the things they need to drive more revenue into the business.

If you are launching a new feature or adding some new value for your customers.

Use it as an opportunity to relaunch your services and tell the world how great your solutions are!

Pro-Tip: Don’t wait. Do it now.

When I was building TeachOne originally we executed this phase of the business completely wrong.

We would spend a year building our product in silence.

All leading up to this big unveiling!

Thinking that now it was time to show the world and start earning customers.

As you might suspect, we received minimal interest in our solution.

After burning a lot of time and money trying to build our MVP.

Without testing if people would be willing to buy it or not.

Really expensive way to do the work you could have already been doing from day one…

Your solution is probably going to change.

If you are following what the market tells you.

Hint: Always follow what the market tells you.

This will help inform you on what is working and what is not.

And what you need to do next.

Pro-Tip: Tell people constantly about how you
can help them.

Most people are not going to jump out of their seats for what you are building on
day one.

Even if the solution can help them in what they are doing.

People need to be made aware constantly.

Often for a while, before they decide to buy.

So why not launch again and again until the message sinks in?

It increases the opportunity for people to find you.

So you can find customers who REALLY love what you’ve created.

Or can adjust your solution based on what they tell you.

Nonetheless, the only way to do that is the keep launching as often as you can.

Testing the reaction of the market until you find what works.

If you build it will they come?

Well, if you ask me…

Not if you don’t let them know again and again and again…

Anytime you do something new in your business

  • Launch a new feature

  • Launch new pricing

  • Or a new business model.

Let the market know!

You need their voice to reinforce your journey as often as possible.

People won’t come just because you built something “cool.”

They will come because you build something useful AND let them know
about it constantly.

That being said.

What are you waiting for?
